Terms & Conditions – Movie For 2 (Monday to Thursday)

1. This voucher entitles the user to 2 complimentary movie tickets at participating cinemas from Monday to Thursday. Offer valid in selected cities.
2. Bookings will be confirmed only from Monday to Friday. All booking requests submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be attended to on the subsequent business day.
3. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
4. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
5. To avail of the offer, customers are to show the SMS confirmation or a printout of the e-ticket at the venue.
6. The movie ticket booking must be for a currently running movie or released movie. No request for advance bookings for forthcoming movie releases will be entertained.
7. Our concierge representative will try to reach you up to a maximum of 2 times within 48 business hours of your preferred booking date to confirm your movie tickets, in case the customer is non-contactable, the booking request will be canceled and cannot be rebooked again.
8. Once booked, the ticket cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
9. The offer is open to residents of India only.
10. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.
11. This offer is applicable only on 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, Imax, and other special screenings.
12. Redemption of tickets is subject to the availability of seats.
13. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required.
14. The voucher is valid for the best available silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, premier, and gold class seats.
15. The cinema voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
16. The cinema manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply.
17. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
18. The list of participating venues remains subject to change.
19. The movie ticket booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie excluding the first-week release movies. No request for advance bookings for forthcoming movie releases will be entertained.

Winner Selection, Announcement, and Contacting Winners for Bumper Reward:

1. All entries except from TN will be collated at the end of the Campaign.
2. These entries will be sent to a third-party auditor for Winner selection
3. Once the winner selection is complete through random scientific selection, the third-party auditors will share the list of winners with BigCity.
4. The Winners of the Campaign will be contacted by the Campaign Partner or execution partner through calls, direct messages, WhatsApp, email, etc. By accepting these T&Cs you signify your consent to be contacted for this Campaign including for procuring additional information that may be required for delivering Prizes where applicable.
5. Prize Winners will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and to provide verification documents within 3 days of initial contact to be eligible for the Winner selection process. Prize Winners will be required to share the verification documents as provided below:
• Copy of PAN Card
• Aadhar Card and
• Passport
• DL/Voter ID Card
As proof for identification and verification purposes only
6. Shortlisted Participants will be confirmed as Winners subject to him/her satisfying the verification process and upon submission of all relevant documents to the Execution Partner. Havells and/or the Execution Partner shall not be responsible for any accident mishap or loss of the verification documents.
7. In the event that the Prize Winners do not respond to communications within 3 days of initial contact, the execution partner reserves the right to disqualify that Prize Winner, and the Prize will be forfeited or offered to another Participant as Havells in its sole discretion deems fit.
8. If the Prize Winner’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two further attempts will be made to contact the Prize Winner within the next day. If even on the third attempt, the Prize Winner does not attend the call or is unreachable, the Prize Winner’s participation in the Campaign will come to an end and the Prize Winner’s entry will not be considered for the Prizes.
9. No Prizes will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) is suspected to be incorrect or fraudulent either by the independent auditor or the Campaign Partner basis the information earlier shared by the Participant at the time of first contact or for any other reason.

Terms and Conditions Applicable in Case of Travel

1. The Participant acknowledges that any quarantine restrictions imposed by any relevant authorities for entry into destination of travel or return including but not limited to any COVID-19 test or COVID-19 vaccination requirements, shall be borne and complied to by the Winner and Havells and/or the Campaign Partner and/or execution partner, if any, shall not be responsible for the same.
2. In case of international travel, the Winner shall be solely responsible to arrange the VISA for the Prizes awarded above and Havells and/or Campaign Partner and/or execution partner, if any, shall not facilitate the same.
3. The Participant shall be solely responsible for adhering to any terms & and conditions applicable as per hotel accommodation policy, travel partners policy, and any other applicable policies. Havells and/or Campaign Partner and/or the execution partner, if any, shall not be responsible for any rejection or cancellation of the Prizes awarded due to any violations committed by the Participant.

General Terms & Conditions

1. This Voucher entitles you to a Free Couple of Movie Tickets (Mon-Thu) in select cities of India.
2. This offer is for consumers only and is not a trade scheme or employee scheme for a Company’s employees, retailers, dealers and/or distributors.
3.The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
4. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
5. The Promotion & and contest shall run on the select SKUs of Havells Personal Grooming products.
6. This offer is subject to promotional availability. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for “sale”.
7. Any costs associated with entering into the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
8. Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
9. Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name (Only select Outlets), Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt to claim rewards.
10. No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices, scanned, illegible, tampered, or defaced bills/invoices will be considered.
11. Only the purchases made between 01/02/2024 - 29/02/2024 (45 Days) will be considered for rewards.
12. The invoice/bill copy should mention the eligible products i.e.

14. One single bill/invoice will be valid for one reward, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.
15. Photocopied, torn or mutilated Vouchers will not be accepted.
16. Customer purchase invoice should have customer name and mobile number, no registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
17. The customer will need to register the voucher within 15 days of their purchase or before the last date to register, whichever is earlier, failing which the voucher will be invalidated and cannot be used further.
18. A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email ID, and per invoice during the promotion period.
19. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer. Publicity:
a. The Participant/s undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit Havells to cover the Contest through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest, or demur.to such coverage or in this regard.
b. The winners must, at the request of Havells, participate in all promotional activities (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to Havells using their name and image in promotional material.
20. Under this promotion, the Vouchers are being offered directly by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. The Company is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Voucher and the prize offered with this Voucher.
21. The decision of Havells or its Agency, as regards the selection of winners and distribution of the prizes shall be final, subject only to Havells’s approval. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
22. The participant/ winner understands that the terms and conditions of this offer may change/ alter/ repudiate at any point in time without any prior notice.
23. No queries, claims, disputes, complaints, or grievances shall be entertained by Havells and its agency after 15 days from the date of the closure of the contest/promotion period.
24. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher.
25. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
26. Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
27. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
28. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Company’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Company reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Company suffers a loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
29. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Company will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
30. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. vouchers by the participants and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured offers.
31. The Promoter does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd marketing such a product or service.
32. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., the Promoter, their clients, agents, and distributors will not be liable to replace any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers/documents.
33. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi
